Effective . This policy covers the Flock waitlist and the Crow product pages.
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it. If you use a referral link, we also store which link you came from so we can credit whoever invited you.
We don't ask for or knowingly collect payment information, government ID, or health information through this page.
We don't use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we don't sell or rent your information to advertisers or data brokers.
We use two outside services to run this waitlist, and your information passes through them as our data processors:
Neither service is allowed to use your information for their own marketing. We don't share your information with anyone else except if required by law.
Flock is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn a submission came from a child under 13, we'll delete it.
Under the CCPA you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We don't sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us below.
This page doesn't set its own tracking cookies. Klaviyo may store a small identifier in your browser to recognize you as the same person if you sign up more than once; it isn't used to track you across other websites.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, for meaningful changes, note it on the waitlist page.

This policy is a plain-language starting point, not a substitute for a lawyer. If you plan to run paid ads, sell in other states, or collect more than an email and phone number, it's worth a quick review from one.
